Great list. I find another thing that works is to download or install extensions in your browser such as google chrome’s nanny and there’s another one for Firefox. You can add in sites you want blocked for a certain period of time. That way, you won’t be able to check your email during working hours.

I have just started to work from home and I can say that it is not easy to stay focused and disciplined. This post really helps and I will work out my work from home task plan tonight!
