Online Business Success Tools
Whether you are running an internet business or just trying to find a way to earn a few dollars online, you need the right tools for the job. Having the right tools can be the difference between throwing away a lot of time, energy, and money and being wildly successful.
Internet Marketing tools come in many shapes and sizes, but I prefer to break them down into two categories:
- System tools – Tools that help you to put together and implement a system for getting you from where you are now, to where you want to be.
- Efficiency tools – Tools that help you to implement your system more efficiently.
Just by breaking them down into two categories like this can really help you save time that you might otherwise waste. For example, let’s say that you have read my Keyword Academy Review and decided to use TKA as your main system tool. You follow along the program and put a plan into action to reach your goals. You then find an advertisement for some money making program that is supposed to make you a lot of money. You can look at that ad and ask yourself if it is a system tool or an efficiency tool.
If it is a system tool, you can evaluate it against your current system tool. If you are not really sure that it will do a better job than your current system tool, it is much easier to decide not to follow the sales hype. The reason for this is that you should never use more than one system at a time, if the first system requires a lot of your time. Otherwise, adopting a second system will take away from time you should be spending on the one you have already adopted.
If it is an efficiency tool, you need only ask yourself if it will help you to be more efficient at your system, without sacrificing the quality of your work. For example, a program that will help you to better organize your keywords will help you to do your keyword research more quickly, with no loss of accuracy. An article spinner, on the other hand, will help you get more articles out to more places, but the article quality goes way down, therefore, so does the quality of the places that will accept the articles.
Hopefully, just this small bit of advice will help you to decide which internet marketing tools you should be looking into getting and which you would be better off avoiding.

Cool tips here! I use the Best Spinner sometimes to rewrite my PLR articles and it works wonders. Yes, and the articles are not of that good quality. But, some pages of my site still ranks for long tail keywords and also has PR2+ which is amazing.

I use a product called IMSlave. It gets my new blog posts and backlinks indexed very fast. It’s quick and easy to use. It was free when I got it. I’m not sure if it still is.

Very nice. I like articles like this that are helpful, yet still get straight to the point. It is sometimes the simple ideas like this that we tend to overlook in an extremely over-hyped internet world. I found myself doing exactly what you warn against. Not only did I buy multiple versions of the ‘same’ system tool, it also left me quite confused when I did choose to use one.
